    Want to get fit and make friends in Biggleswade?

    Getting fit is always great fun, but doing it while making friends and having a laugh has to make it easier, right?

    Biggleswade Ladies Rugby training is for anyone who likes a bootcamp-style fitness session and who wants to be part of a team of fantastic, friendly girls/ladies.

    Whether you’ve played rugby before (many of us haven’t) or whether you’ve not been near a rugby ball in your life, rugby could be just what you’re looking for.

    If you can answer yes to these 3 questions, we want to hear from you:

    Are you aged between 18 and 100?
    Are you female?
    Are you up for a laugh?

    Training Information

    Biggleswade Ladies Rugby Team train every Monday and Friday from 7.15pm to 9pm.

    (Please note training sessions are only available during school term times unless otherwise stated. Please contact us if you’re unsure!)

    Training sessions include warm up, stretches, ball skills, fitness training, footwork and sometimes little surprises thrown in by our coach! 🙂 You’ll only train to your abilities and we completely understand if you haven’t done any fitness in a while. We believe training our way will get you fit in a fun and friendly way – made easier by the support of the team.
